Employee benefits

Our company provides above-average benefits for its employees. We make sure that, in the event of sickness or accident, our employees’ financial situation still remains stable.

  • Daily benefits insurance REMP pays the entire premium.
    Full salary is paid from the very first day, for a maximum of 730 days.
  • Work-related injury insurance payment/ daily benefit
    REMP pays the premium up to the NBU contribution level. Full salary is paid from the very first day, for a maximum of 720 days. World-wide cover in the private sector for medical costs insurance, together with additional salary cover.

 

Holidays

The holiday entitlement exceeds the legal minimum, and amounts to:

  • Aged 49 or less     25 days/ year
  • Aged 50 or more     30 days/ year
  • Aged 49 or less     28 days/ year
  • Aged 50 or more     33 days/ year

 

Fringe Benefits
  • REKA-Checks with 20% reduction (Maximum amount per year: Fr. 500.--)
  • Free parking place
  • Free beverages
  • SWICA bonus payment: REMP pays all employees insured with the SWICA health insurance company Fr. 120.--/ year. It is also possible to extend the insurance to spouses and children on favourable terms.

 

Training and educational options

Systematic schemes ensure that all employees are qualified for their jobs through the provision of specific training and educational options.

REMP pays part of the cost for private educational options, provided that they overlap with the objectives of the works training scheme and / or with the current or future employment plan. The contribution to costs carries an obligation to repay it should the employee leave prematurely.

REMP also acts as an intermediary to provide various types of internal and external further education.
