 | REMP has expanded its product range with the introduction of a standardized, fully automated Storage and Retrieval System (the Mid-Size Store). |
The Mid-Size Store is a one aisle/one robot system.
The base system has a capacity of for example 20,400 MTP, 10,200 DWP or 376,992 vials (4 ml). For Compound Cherry Picking it can hold more than 7.8 million compound tubes when using REMP 384 Tube Technology or more than 1.56 million in REMP 96 Tube Technology. These capacities can be increased by simply extending the system's length (up to approx. 4 times the base system capacity). The Mid-Size Store can be configured as a mix of container types or with a customer specific vial type.
The MSS comes configured for a storage room condition of either:
-20°C (-4°F) max. 0.4 g/kg abs. humidity
-5°C (+23°F) max. 0.8 g/kg abs. humidity
+4°C (+39°F) max. 1.2 g/kg abs. humidity
The base system dimensions are (length x width x height): 10.2 m x 3.6 m x 2.78 m 35'5 1/2" x 11'10" x 9'2"
The Mid-Size Store is a complete system, which includes also all the necessary software: Storage Control Software, Sample Administration System and Ordering Application. This well proven and tested software solution ensures a stable and reliable system and is designed for minimum user interactions.
The MSS has the advantage of a short delivery period.
