The REMP Stacking Heat Sealer offers researchers a reliable solution for storage of their current samples, while helping them keep pace with the accelerated influx of new samples.
The device is capable of sealing up to (50) 96/384 shallow well plates, (35) 384 deepwell plates and (17) 1 – 2ml deepwell plates during unattended operation. The REMP Stacking Heat Sealer uses any of the various rolls of REMP's Thermo-Seals, most of which are resistant to DMSO, as well as, other solvents and can withstand storage temperatures between –80°C to 120°C.
High Throughput Needs
Designed for sealing a high number of plate types, the REMP Stacking Heat Sealer is flexible and easy to use, simplifying the sealing process and allowing the user the opportunity to perform other tasks. It is capable of sealing dozens of plates at a time and hundreds of plates a day in an unattended fashion.
Self-Contained Instrument
With an integrated plate stacking system included with this sealing instrument, the REMP Stacking Heat Sealer is an efficient, self-contained device. There is no need to integrate this device with other costly thirdparty thirdparty peripherals for unattended operation. The REMP Stacking Heat Sealer can seal any number of various microplate types that conform to ANSI/SBS Microplate Standards. REMP Thermo-Seals are available in roll-form, having up to a 5'000 seal capacity, allowing the device to be a real workhorse.
